ABOUT THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT

Prompt Care When Every Moment Matters

The Emergency Department at Nazarenus Hospital provides prompt medical evaluation and care for patients experiencing urgent illnesses, injuries, and sudden changes in their health.

Our emergency care team works to assess each patient’s condition, identify immediate medical needs, and provide appropriate treatment based on the severity of their symptoms. When necessary, care may also involve laboratory testing, diagnostic imaging, medication, observation, or coordination with other hospital departments.

From initial assessment to treatment, referral, or admission when needed, our goal is to provide responsive, compassionate, and coordinated care while helping patients and their families understand the next steps in their treatment.

UNDERSTANDING EMERGENCY CARE

Depending on the patient’s needs, emergency care may also involve coordination with Laboratory, Radiology, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, OB-Gyne, and other hospital services.
